As every year, in the magnificent hall of the Ridotto during the Venice Carnival, the masquerade dance parties “Minuetto” and “Minuetto 1800” are held, dedicated to elegance and fun with international guests. In addition, this year Minuetto is dressed in love to celebrate Valentine’s Day at its best.

In the program, you can choose from four splendid evenings that offer an authentic plunge into the past, transporting participants, dressed in period clothing, into an enchanting and charming atmosphere.

Venice Minuet Ball: Sunday, February 23 and Monday, March 3, 2025 Time: 8 p.m. to midnight

During this festival, participants in historical costumes will have the opportunity to travel back in time while listening to Baroque music and famous arias. Most importantly, they will have fun learning the basic steps of 18th century group dances under the expert guidance of Dance Masters.

Minuet of Love Dance on Valentine’s Day: Saturday, February 15, 2025 Time: 8 pm to midnight

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an evening in historic costumes. The Minuet party, in its romantic version, awaits you on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Immerse yourself in famous musical arias, Baroque music and historical dancing led by the Masters of Dance to experience a Valentine’s Day with old-world charm.

Minuet Ball 1800: Saturday, March 1, 2025 Time: 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

In the prestigious Redoubt Hall, an elegant and fun evening of masquerade awaits you, offering a unique journey through time to the great music of the 19th century. You will be able to listen to the classical orchestra, appreciate famous arias performed by a duet of opera singers, and participate in Period Dances led by the fantastic Ball Masters.

This masquerade party with a romantic atmosphere was much appreciated in the previous edition. Book your ticket for the Ballo Minuetto 1800 as well and treat yourself to a journey back in time to the heart of the Serenissima.

Ogni una delle quattro serate prende il via con un aperitivo di benvenuto e prosegue con una cena placé di quattro portate, dove i piatti principali a base di pesce sono accompagnati da selezionati vini regionali.

  • Costume rental is for 1 day. Upon request, it is possible to extend by one day with a special rate.
  • Those who have chosen the ticket that includes costume rental will receive an email from the atelier after purchase to make an appointment to choose and try on the dress before the event.
  • Costumes must be returned to the atelier by 11 a.m. the following day in the same condition in which they were rented. Any serious damage to the garments will be charged to clients.
  • For cancellations by January 17, 2025, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations between January 18 and February 7, 2025, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. After February 7, 2025, there will be no refund.
  • In the event of cancellation of the Venice Carnival or inability to hold our events due to any government restrictions/provisions related to COVID-19, the organizer agrees to issue a voucher that can be used for any Venice Carnival in Costume® 2026 event.
  • By purchasing the ticket, each guest authorizes the organizing company, and personnel authorized by the organizing company, to take photos and shoot video during the event for promotional, television and editorial purposes.
