VLS Agency is a destination management company based in Venice. We design journeys in Venice, the Veneto, the Dolomites and the rest of Italy for travellers, companies and travel advisors.

What services does VLS offer?
VLS Agency offers private water taxis, luxury transfers with chauffeur, concierge services and private experiences in Venice, the Veneto, the Dolomites and the rest of Italy, plus services for companies, events and travel advisors. Water taxis and transfers run with our own boats and cars; yachts, private jets and helicopters are arranged with selected licensed operators, always coordinated by our team.
What is a destination management company?
A destination management company, or DMC, is a local operator that designs and delivers travel programmes in a destination for travel advisors, agencies and direct clients. VLS differs from most DMCs because it operates its own boats and vehicles for water taxis and transfers instead of brokering them.
Where is the VLS desk at Venice Marco Polo Airport?
In the arrivals hall on the ground floor of Venice Marco Polo Airport, at Exit 2. It is staffed by VLS personnel and takes last-minute bookings for transfers, hotels and tours. VLS also has an office at Piazzale Roma and its headquarters in Venice.
Does VLS only operate in Venice?
No. Venice is our base, but our services cover the Veneto, the Dolomites and Cortina d'Ampezzo, the lakes, Milan and the rest of Italy.
Can VLS arrange services at short notice?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day and the airport desk takes last-minute bookings in person. Availability for restaurants, guides and private charters at short notice depends on the date and season, and is confirmed when you ask.
