We guarantee the utmost punctuality. Upon landing, the client will be greeted by a multilingual chauffeur who will assist with their luggage.
For the return journey, the airport desk can be used as a private lounge while waiting for the flight departure. Our ground staff will take care of all the client’s requests.
PRIVATE TRANSFER
Upon arriving at the airport, the client will be greeted by a dedicated chauffeur waiting in the arrivals hall, easily identifiable by a tablet displaying the name provided at the time of booking.
The chauffeur will assist with the luggage and carefully escort the client to the vehicle for an immediate departure from the airport. Afterwards, the client will be taken to the water taxi, ready to transport them to their desired destination.
*Pick-up service is also available from Santa Lucia Station.
VIP PACKAGE
For clients seeking the highest level of comfort and discretion in transfers to and from Venice Airport, VLS offers its VIP Transfer service, available for both private and commercial flights
ARRIVAL
Our service begins with a personalized welcome right outside the plane. If the plane is parked remo- tely, clients will be transferred to the terminal in a private vehicle (where possible).
Once inside the airport, our ground staff will assist clients during security checks, streamlining procedures where necessary.
Upon exiting the airport, a Mercedes-Benz will be ready to take clients to their requested hotel or to the dock, where they can continue their journey with a private water taxi.
Luggage will be fully managed by our porter service, which will handle the retrieval from the airport bag- gage carousel, the transfer to the private vehicle, and, subsequently, delivery to the hotel or boat.

DEPARTURE
The pick-up point is located directly in the hotel lobby, where clients will be escorted to the private water taxi that will take them to the airport dock. Here, our chauffeur will continue the service with a dedicated Mercedes-Benz up to the departure level.
If the hotel is located on the mainland, clients will be taken directly to the airport by car. Upon arrival at the terminal, our ground staff will greet the clients, assisting them with all check-in and Tax-Free proce- dures, while also facilitating security checks.
Depending on the class of the ticket, clients will be escorted to the appropriate lounge or, alternatively, to our private lounge.
At the time of boarding, a private van will be available for transfer to the aircraft, should the plane be parked away from the gate.
