We wait for you at our desk
Our desk and lounge are in the Marco Polo arrivals hall, ground floor, from 8 am to 6 pm. From there we walk you to the car or the water taxi pier. Outside those hours your driver or captain meets you directly.
Frequently asked questions
Water taxi or car from Venice airport?
It depends on where you are going. For a hotel in the historic centre we recommend car and boat together: your driver meets you at arrivals, in about 20 minutes you are at Piazzale Roma and our water taxi takes you to your hotel's water entrance, with one booking and your luggage handled by us. Alternatively the water taxi leaves directly from the airport, about 30-35 minutes. For Mestre, Piazzale Roma, the cruise terminal or the mainland a car with driver is all you need.
Are the boats and cars yours?
Yes. In Venice the water taxis and the Mercedes are ours, with our own captains and drivers. Outside the Veneto we also work with selected partners that we coordinate.
How does pricing work?
Send the form with destination, date, passengers and luggage: we reply with a fixed price, usually within a few hours. The quote includes taxes and luggage.
Do you operate at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including dawn and late-night flights. The airport desk is open from 8 am to 6 pm; outside those hours our staff meet you directly.
Can you combine car and boat in one transfer?
Yes, with one booking: the car takes you to the pier and the water taxi waits for the last stretch to your hotel, or the other way round when you leave.
