What does a concierge do in Venice?
Everything you need during your stay: tables, tickets, guides, boats, transfers, special requests. With us you have one point of contact who knows the city and the suppliers.
Can you book restaurants that are hard to get into?
We try with the restaurants we work with, subject to availability. The earlier you give us your dates, the better the chances, especially during events.
Can you get tickets that are sold out?
We cannot guarantee it. We look for tickets through the available channels and tell you clearly what can and cannot be done.
Is there a fee for the concierge service?
We send you a proposal with the price of each service you ask for, before you confirm. Tell us what you need and we reply with the details.
Can we reach you during our stay?
Yes, by phone, 24/7. At the airport you also find us at our desk in the Marco Polo arrivals hall, from 8 am to 6 pm.
