From Santa Lucia Station to the City Center/Hotel:
Upon disembarking from the train, the customer should go to the meeting point indicated by clicking the link given in the confirmation mail and following the directions. Boarding will be just a few steps in front of the station exit closeby the Compartimentale D pier. Once he arrives at the dock, he will be able to locate his private boat by the boat number provided to him at the time of booking. The driver will then board the customer and begin the service.
When you book the service we require you to fill in the spaces provided whit your flight or train number so that we can monitored the arrival or any delays and coordinate the different transportation services.

For any inconveniences or delays please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule the service at no additional cost. In case of delay the first 10minutes are guaranteed and free, after that every 10 minutes will be charged 10€
For NO SHOW or lastminute cancellation the full cost will be charged.
We would like to inform you that, in Venice, not all hotels have an accessible water gate and some are located in canals that are too narrow to allow boats to pass through. Therefore, the watertaxi service requires that the meeting point be established as close as possible to your hotel, while still ensuring maximum convenience for your arrival.
