Our VIP Airport Arrival Service starts with a personalized meet & greet directly at the aircraft. When the aircraft is parked on a remote stand, guests are escorted and, where available, transferred to the terminal in a private vehicle, ensuring maximum comfort and discretion. Inside the airport, our dedicated ground staff provides fast-track assistance through security checks, helping to streamline procedures and reduce waiting times whenever possible. Once outside the terminal, a Mercedes-Benz private transfer will be waiting to take guests to their selected destination, delivering a seamless luxury airport-to-hotel experience from start to finish. For the departure The pick-up point is conveniently located in the hotel lobby, where guests will be welcomed by our professional chauffeur and escorted with a dedicated Mercedes-Benz to the airport departure level for a seamless and stress-free journey.

Our VIP Train Station Meet & Greet Service is available upon request at any train station in Italy. Guests can book a personalized assistance and meet & greet directly on the platform, where our dedicated staff will welcome them upon arrival or prior to departure and provide support with luggage and station procedures.
From the platform, we ensure a smooth and stress-free experience with priority-style assistance, clear guidance through the station, and seamless coordination for onward travel. If required, a private chauffeur-driven transfer can be arranged to or from the station, delivering a complete luxury rail travel experience in Italy.
When you book the service we require you to fill in the spaces provided whit your flight or train number so that we can monitored the arrival or any delays and coordinate the different transportation services.

For any inconveniences or delays please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule the service at no additional cost. In case of delay the first 10minutes are guaranteed and free, after that every 10 minutes will be charged 10€
For NO SHOW or lastminute cancellation the full cost will be charged.

For any booking request, we kindly ask for a minimum notice of at least 24 hours.
Yes, the price is all-inclusive. The only excluded cost is any meal (e.g., lunch) requested during the journey.
