Corporate events and incentives in Venice
Bringing a group to Venice means getting dozens of people, with their luggage, into a city without cars. That is the part we do ourselves, with our own boats and cars. Around it we build the programme with Venetian partners: the venue for the gala dinner, the activities on the lagoon, the hotels, the guides.
What we arrange
- Group arrivals and departures
- Welcome at our Marco Polo desk, guests split across eight-seat boats leaving in sequence, luggage reaching the hotel with the people. On the mainland, V-Class and Sprinter minibuses.
- Gala dinners and evenings
- Dinners in palazzi on the Grand Canal, in villas or on the islands, chosen with our partners to suit the group; the boats take guests to the water entrance and bring them back at the end of the night.
- Team activities
- Venetian rowing lessons, glass workshops in Murano and mask making, boat trips around the lagoon islands, private visits: with guides and artisans we work with.
- Meetings and conventions
- Shuttles between hotel and congress venue, transfers for speakers and guests, cars at the management's disposal.
- Incentives between Venice and the Dolomites
- Multi-day programmes: the lagoon, then the mountains, with the transfer to Cortina in cars equipped for snow. Transfers to the Dolomites
- Weddings and private events
- Guest transfers from the airport and between hotels and venue, boats for the procession and the ride back after the party.

During the event our coordinator runs boats, cars and suppliers. If something changes, we change everything together.
Frequently asked questions
How do you organise a corporate event in Venice?
Start with the logistics: how guests arrive, how they move between hotel and venue, how they get back at the end of the night. Then choose venues, catering and activities. We run the moves with our own fleet and coordinate the rest with Venetian partners.
How many people can VLS move in Venice?
Our boats seat eight each: groups travel on several boats leaving in sequence. On the mainland we use V-Class and Sprinter minibuses. Tell us the number of guests and we propose the right mix of vehicles.
Can you find a venue for a gala dinner?
Yes, with our partners: palazzi on the Grand Canal, villas and spaces on the islands, depending on guest numbers, budget and season. Venue availability and costs are confirmed in the proposal.
What team building activities can you do in Venice?
Among the most requested: Venetian rowing lessons, glass workshops in Murano, mask making, boat trips around the lagoon islands and private guided visits. We arrange them with guides and artisans we work with.
How far ahead should we plan?
The earlier the better, especially around Carnival, the Biennale and the Film Festival, when hotels and venues are in high demand. Write to us as soon as you have indicative dates.
