Venice, from the team that lives here

Venice is our home. Our boats and captains cross the lagoon every day, our desk waits for guests in the arrivals hall of Marco Polo Airport and our concierge team knows which door to knock on. Arriving by air, train or ship, we take you to your hotel and look after the rest of your stay: restaurants, private visits, the islands, the great events of the year.

Venice: your questions

How do I get from Venice Airport to my hotel?

The most direct way is a private water taxi from Marco Polo Airport: about 30 to 35 minutes across the lagoon to the centre, often straight to your hotel's landing stage. Our desk is in the arrivals hall, ground floor, Exit 2.

Can a car reach my hotel in Venice?

No car can enter the historic centre. Cars stop at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto; from there we continue by water taxi to your hotel.

When is the best time to visit Venice?

April to June and September to October offer mild weather and fewer crowds. February brings Carnival, July the Redentore, September the Regata Storica, and December a quieter, more intimate city.

Can you organise private visits and boat trips?

Yes. We arrange private boats to the islands, guided visits to palaces and churches, restaurants and event tickets, with our concierge team available day and night.
