When the road is too long, we arrange a helicopter with licensed operators and take care of the rest ourselves: the water taxi from your hotel to the take-off, the car at the landing site, your luggage. Transfers to Cortina and the mountains, the lakes and the coast, and flights over the lagoon.

Where you take off and land
Helicopters only take off and land at authorised sites, and the operator confirms each one. These are the usual points for our guests.

There is no landing site for private helicopter flights in the historic centre of Venice: flights leave from the Lido or from Marco Polo, and we take you there by water taxi.

Frequently asked questions
Can a helicopter land in Venice?
Not in the historic centre for private flights. Helicopters use the Nicelli airport on the Lido or Venice Marco Polo airport. We take you there by private water taxi from your hotel.
How long is a helicopter flight from Venice to Cortina?
Much shorter than the 2 to 2.5 hours by road. The operator confirms the flight time for your route and helicopter when we send the quote.
Do you organise panoramic flights over Venice?
Yes, with licensed operators flying from the Lido: the lagoon, Venice and the islands from above. We arrange the water taxi to the take-off.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Helicopter flights depend on weather and visibility, and the decision is the operator's. If the flight cannot go, we arrange the journey by car with a driver.
How many passengers and how much luggage?
It depends on the helicopter. Luggage space is limited: tell us how many bags you have and the operator proposes the right aircraft, or we send the large luggage by car.
How much does a helicopter transfer cost?
It depends on route, helicopter, date and waiting time. Send us the details and we reply with a fixed price for the flight and the ground services.
