Our staff welcomes you as you step off. If the aircraft is parked on a remote stand, a private vehicle takes you to the terminal, where airport rules allow it.

Our porters collect your bags from the belt and carry them to the car, the boat and then to the hotel. You do not touch a suitcase.

A Mercedes with chauffeur waits at the exit. It takes you to the hotel if you stay on the mainland, or to the water taxi dock to continue by private boat to the hotel's water entrance.
