How it works
Send your request
The ship and the port, the date, your flight or hotel, how many of you and how many suitcases. We reply with a fixed price, usually within a few hours.
We pick you up
At arrivals with a name sign, at your hotel, or at your hotel in Venice with our water taxi to the car. Flight delays are followed at no extra cost.
To the terminal, and back
We drop you at the check-in point. At the end of the cruise the driver waits outside the terminal and takes you to the airport, your hotel or your next destination.

Which cruise ports do you serve?
All the ports of the Northern Adriatic: the Venice cruise terminal (Marittima), Marghera, Fusina, Chioggia, Trieste, Monfalcone and Ravenna. We also arrange transfers to other Italian ports on request.
My ship leaves from Fusina or Marghera rather than Venice. Can you take us there?
Yes. In recent years many large ships use Fusina or Marghera instead of the historic terminal. Tell us the port on your booking: we take you there by car from the airport, or from your hotel in Venice with the water taxi to Piazzale Roma and the car from there.
How long does it take from Venice Airport to Trieste or Ravenna?
About 1 hour 45 minutes to the Trieste cruise terminal (145 km) and about 2 hours to Ravenna (160 km), traffic permitting. From Trieste Airport it is about 40 minutes to the terminal; from Bologna Airport about 1 hour 10 minutes to Ravenna.
What happens if the ship docks early or late?
We follow the ship's actual arrival time and the driver waits for you outside the terminal with a name sign. Disembarkation can take time: tell us your group number if you have one and we plan the pickup accordingly.
Can we go from the ship straight to the airport?
Yes. We take you to Venice, Treviso, Trieste or Bologna airport, setting the time according to disembarkation and your flight. From the Venice terminal you can also reach Marco Polo Airport by water taxi across the lagoon.
How many people and suitcases fit?
A V-Class carries up to seven passengers; after a cruise luggage is often plentiful, so tell us how many suitcases you have and we confirm the right car, or a Sprinter for larger groups.
How much does a transfer to the cruise port cost?
It depends on the port, the pickup point, the car, the number of passengers and suitcases and the time of day. Every quote is a fixed price confirmed before booking: send the form and we reply within a few hours.
A few days in Venice before or after the cruise?
Our concierge books restaurants, private tours and boat trips to the islands, and arranges the transfer to the ship or the airport on departure day.
