How do I get from the Venice cruise terminal to my hotel?
Cars stop at Piazzale Roma, so the easiest way into the historic centre is by water. A private water taxi takes you and your luggage from the terminal to your hotel's water entrance in about 15 to 20 minutes, with our staff meeting you when you leave the ship.
Can we go from the cruise ship straight to Marco Polo Airport?
Yes. The water taxi crosses the lagoon to the airport docks, a short walk from departures, with your luggage on board. We set the pick-up time from your disembarkation and your flight.
Our ship does not dock at the Venice terminal. Can you still help?
Yes. In recent years some large ships dock at Marghera or Fusina instead of the historic terminal. Tell us the port in your booking: we arrange a car to Piazzale Roma and the water taxi from there to your hotel, in one booking.
Where do we meet at the terminal?
Our staff waits for you with a name board when you come out of the terminal. With your confirmation you receive the exact meeting point and the number of your boat.
How many people and suitcases fit in the boat?
Our boats seat eight passengers. Cruise luggage is often generous: tell us how many suitcases you have and we confirm the right boat, or a second one for larger groups.
How much is a water taxi from the cruise terminal to the hotel?
The price depends on your hotel or the airport, the number of passengers and suitcases and the time of day. Send the form and we reply with a fixed price, luggage included.
